In order to satisfy clients’ requirements on company services in commercial transactions and property conveyancing matters, the partners of our firm have set up a company in Hong Kong (which is granted by the Companies Registry with a Trust or Company Service Provider Licence since 2018) to provide the following services to our clients:

• Forming corporations including company limited by shares or by guarantee
• Acting as a secretary of a corporation
• Taking care of all necessary statutory filing, preparing company registers and maintaining corporate records such as minutes of meeting or written resolutions
• Providing a registered office, business address or correspondence address
