KK is a partner in CLY Lawyers and the head of the firm’s Commercial Department. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions in Mainland China, foreign direct investment in Mainland China, venture capital, sale & purchase of companies, general corporate and commercial matters. His practice also covers China Attestation and commercial litigation such as shareholders dispute, debts recovery, tenancy disputes and land disputes. KK is also serving on various community positions.

Mr. Wong has extensive experience in insolvency matters including bankruptcies, individual voluntary arrangements and companies’ winding-up. Mr. Wong has been appointed by major financial institutions in Hong Kong as trustee-in-bankruptcy since 2004. He has over 20 years of professional experience in handling insolvency matters covering over 20,000 personal insolvency cases. He was also a committee member of the Insolvency Law Committee of the Law Society of Hong Kong from June 2015 to October 2020. Beside insolvency matters, Mr. Wong is also active in civil and criminal litigation.
Mr. Wong was an assistant solicitor in Jimmie K. S. Wong & Partners in 2001, where he was promoted as partner in 2004. He held office as a partner there until July 2008 and from then on, he retired but remained as a consultant of the firm. Mr. Wong joined CLY Lawyers as a partner in 2017.

Bernard joined CLY Lawyers as a partner of our litigation team in August 2022.
During the first 5 years of his legal practice, Bernard mainly specialized in insurance litigation, representing a number of reputable insurers in numerous personal injuries and employees’ compensation cases involving traffic and industrial accidents and public liability claims. During his insurance litigation practice, Bernard also handled third-party liability claims involving water seepage in both residential and non-residential buildings, as well as criminal cases involving traffic offences and industrial summonses.
In 2017, Bernard started to diversify his litigation practice. In addition to acting for plaintiffs in personal injuries and employees’ compensation cases on a regular basis, Bernard also handles a wide range of civil cases including contractual disputes, debt recovery, matrimonial disputes, building management disputes, water seepage in buildings, landlord and tenant disputes, bankruptcy and companies winding-up, as well as criminal cases involving a broad range of offences.

Graduated from The University of Hong Kong with a Bachelor of Laws in 1992 and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws in 1993, Neville has joined the legal profession in Hong Kong for over 25 years with main practice in civil litigation, probate, New Territories conveyancing, criminal cases and tenancy matters. He has been appointed as a Civil Celebrant since 2006.
Apart from practicing as a solicitor in Hong Kong, Neville spares his leisure time in teaching law-related courses.
